Career Restoration Retreats 2025-2026

This is a live, in-person activity

Amid ongoing changes and growing uncertainty in the healthcare landscape, it’s more important than ever to pause & reflect on what success truly means to you – and how best to achieve it. Our day-long, small-group retreats are designed specifically for mid-career physicians and leaders in medicine. Through expert facilitation, participants are guided in evaluating their goals and developing intentional strategies. Held in-person at off-site locations, these retreats offer a focused environment free from the distractions of daily routines, creating the space needed for meaningful reflection & planning.

Target audience

This activity is intended for mid-career physicians and leaders in medicine.

Learning objectives

Upon completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. Describe their individual career assumptions.
  2. Evaluate the accuracy of their career believes and modify inaccurate beliefs.
  3. Write a near- and longer-term vision of success for their career.
